How The Working Process Began
- Integrated Community Development Programme(The Project was funded by Methodist Relief & Development Fund(MRDF)London from 1991-2000.
- Project on Health & Nutrition funded by Dutch Interchurch Aid,The Netherlands from 1991 to 1994.
- In Search of Food Security funded by Dutch InterChurch Aid,The Netherlands from 1994 to 1998.
- Project on Livelihood Security funded by Dutch Inter Church Aid,The Netherlands from 1998 to 2000.
- Post Cyclone Reconstruction and Rehabilitation funded by Dutch Inter Church Aid,The Netherlands from November,1999 to April,2001. After the death of Prof.S.K.Basu-Mallik,the Chairman of PUDAR most of the Projects were closed and Phased out. Within 2 years most of the leading Team members of PUDAR’s Board of Management like Shymal Basu-Mallik,Rabial Mallik,Samar Narayan Basu etc.have passed away. Now PUDAR is in a defunct Organisation now-a-days.
In the early 1989 Shri formed a team to start work under the banner of India Development Project .During that time he got an opportunity to impart Orientation training programmes for the project staffs of Nikhil Bharat Banabasi Panchayat which was running under the leadership of Shri Rajaram Singh.While moving to his Jhargram Office he came across with Prof.S.K.Basu-Mallik,the Chairman of Peoples Union for Development & Reconstructions(PUDAR).Seeing the CV of Shri Ojha,Prof.Basu-Mallik provided IDP an opportunity to implement PUDAR’s Projects in Keonjhar district of Odisha.IDP became an Affiliate of PUDAR and started implementing PUDAR’s programmes in Keonjhar district of Odisha from 1990-1991.
IDP has implemented PUDAR’s programmes in Keonjhar district from 1990 to 2000.The Projects were:-
